Hello, and happy Saturday, everyone! I'm back with you again for another week of having fun documenting the everyday with Project Life, and this week's video is slightly longer than usual because it contains in two parts. The first part is an answer to one of my most-asked questions- how to make small photo collages that can be sent off to a developer. I know that many scrappers don't print at home, and I'm one of them! So everything I print has to be 4x6 ready, and luckily in this case there's an app for that. I'll be taking a look at PicFrame, which is available for iPhone, iPad, Mac OS, Blackberry, and Android, and it allows you to quickly and easily create photo collages with a wide variety of style and layout options.I should note that I also use Lightroom for many of my photo collages, and I put together a video showing how to do that in this previous Project Life video [twopeasinabucket.com].The second part of the video is the actual layout, and in it I share my tips for maximizing your scrapbooking time, not stressing over design, and generally going with what your gut tells you looks good. I've mixed in some past releases with a few new items, throwing some purple into the color mix just for fun.Your creative challenge this week is to pick a timeframe for yourself- my personal favorite is one hour- set a timer, and try to complete your layout in that amount of time. You may find yourself surprised that having a time constraint makes you let go of some of the “analysis paralysis” that can come along with scrapbooking!
