You are 100% right, your DD and my son's BFF would totally get along - she is ALL about the beach and mermaids too! In fact I forwarded her your page because she is also a new scrapper! Oh I didn't know what challenge it was for I just new I loved it instantly. The large photo is wonderful and all that layering of punched papers but mostly that quote - My youngest dgd loves mermaids so this just reached out to me and grabbed my heart.

Absolutely stunning page! I love how it looks like an elegant page but yet you were able to keep the "cutesy" child aspect as well. What inspired the title? A quote or did you come up with it? It's the perfect title for the page! Love it!!

Love how you took this great beach photo and made it 12 x 12! Then layered and layered and layered some more and then added the mermaid and King Neptune and jewels and a crab and a seahorse - even gems that remind me of a seahorse! Very well done. Bravo!
