What a wonderful picture and layout! Love the papers, diecuts and cameo. Isn't is heartbreaking all the pain and suffering so many went through, losing so many children before adulthood? I just can't imagine.
You are so lucky to have such a vintage photo of your ancestors, and stories to tell about them as well! I love your heritage pages and this one if especially nice with the beautiful mats for both the picture and title. Great work!
William Holt is my first cousin, 4X removed. He was a 1st Lt. in the 10th Tennessee USV (Union Army). He and his wife lived in a community named for her family. Lydia was the mother of 8 children but only three survived to adulthood.
