Ryan's First Steps!!! The scan cut off the very bottom of the LO which is why it looks a little weird. I had the photo on the left side enlarged on the photo copier at my LSS, kinda sad how dark it is and maybe when I have a little more $$$ I might get a better copy made.

Journalling says:

Learning to walk, like so many of the skills you have learned, was a very gradula process for you. You loved walking behind your push-toy, and you could walk just hold Mommy or Daddy's hand for quite a while before you really got the courage to step out on your own. And although you took a couple steps alone near the end of November, and a few more on Christmas day, you didn't really start walking alone until December 31st, 2003. All of a sudden you could take several steps all at once, and you were so proud of yourself!!! Within a month or so walking was your preferred method of transportation, and there was no stopping you!!

We were in Omaha for Christmas when you really started walking, so Grandma and Grandpa Cobb got to share the joy. It was especially neat because Grandpa was able to take some video on his digital camera of you toddling off.

You were so funny; you were walking between Daddy and Grandma while Mommy and Grandpa took pictures, and you would walk from Grandma toward Daddy and then change your mind, turn around, and toddle back to Grandma!!!
