Journal: "I don’t really know why Jerry took these pics, but I love that they give a peep into our everyday life. It must have been “cleaning day”, because the microwave is pulled to the middle of the kitchen, the breadbox is next to the sink and the fruit basket is on the dish cabinet. I think I was probably cleaning the countertops on the opposite side of the kitchen. Note to the wise: white countertops are pretty, but a lot of maintenance! You can see my little “helpers” here, Sarah sneaking a sip of my coke and taking notes, and Joshua being cute and goofy. I can see just an edge of Adam’s arm in the bottom photo. Benjamin was probably napping – he was only 5 months old at the time :) Oh, and me… I’m still claiming baby fat in these pics! LOL! Those were the days… June 1991"
