My older sister Judi has been a widow for 14 years and about four years ago Judi got a facelift. I asked her if she would start dating and her response was hello no but then a friend of hers from her widows group had a brother that had broken up with his girlfriend. Judi asked her to tell Jerry if he wants to go to the movies to give her a call. He called 2 days later and moved in within 4 months! Her best friend was jealous but her husband and Jerry were bff's within no time.

Now in July 2017 my husband Grant and I joined the four of them for a trip to central Europe. Our Insight group went to dinner on the Danube in Budapest and Jerry left the table and grabbed the mike and said Coreen,Jan,Ed and I don't know where Grant is but he proceeded to get down on 2 knees and asked Judi to marry him and the place exploded because we were all surprised. Especially our little group because we couldn't believe he had kept a secret from us because he is a chatterbox. Needless to say she said yes!

We teased them that it was all for show because they weren't getting married. My sister had married when she was 17 pregnant with my nephew at a friends house and my mother made her wear PINK and it hurt Judi deeply. So I am happy to say she got to have the wedding she wanted with 120 people and she wore white! I've never seen her look so beautiful and happy.
