Give a Cheer
Caroline Rose Album. Used a gold card stock for the top half of the layout and a dark blue for the bottom half. I masked off a circle on the cop half and used vintage photo distress oxide ink to ink the edges of the mask. Then I added some gold paint, yellow stickles and diamond stickles for the sun's rays. The title work was cut 4 times and layered for dimension, then coated with clear wink of stella and tonic crystal glaze. The letters were cut with an old QK font - Fiesta (I think) I added Nuvo copper glitter dots around the edges of the circle. Waves in the blue were drawn with a white pen, blue pen and then some glossy accents. Journaling tab was added to the back of the layout.
