This is a pic of me (yellow) with my best friend Lamara Lee (pink). Probably around 1972, that's when I got my first pair of glasses that you see here. This photo was made at her home in Fitzgerald, Georgia.

My page design was based on a page I came across on Pinterest. The pps are Echo Park Hello Again. The black scallop border was punched with Fiskars Apron Lace border punch. The scallops on the smaller circles were cut with decorative scissors. The stitching was done with DMC. I used four strands - one of teal, one of black, one of yellow and one of pink - and twisted them as I was stitching to get the variegated effect on the circle. Then I went back and added little tassels randomly around the circle. The yellow frame was hand cut and then inked in black. The yellow triangle was inked in black and then I doodled with black.
