you did super with your hybrid. the bloom is such a pretty accent and the letters look great- can't imagine how long that must have taken. and i so love those brad flourishes. you have such a lovely style of scrapping; i always like to see how you are embellishing. i too love going to shows- but it has been ages
OMGosh, Melissa...this is STUNNING! I really love the soft, vintage feel of this page, and I think you did a GREAT job on the "Hybrid" part of this! Very beautifully done!!!
This is cool Melissa, I only printed out the pp, I am so digitally challenged lol, so don't feel bad - I think you did a great job with the challenge and I love the way you interpreted the music theme, the brads are a fab embellie, off to check out the flip out journalling now TFS :)
I did this for our DeZineGirlz challenge this month hosted by Chere (1crazyscraplady). The theme this month was to do a hybrid lo focusing on how music affects our lives. I have to admit this was a huge deal to me...I am not computer literate much...at least not with digital scrappin..
To be honest I am not sure this qualifies...I only used Jenna's alphabet letters and her flower from the Burst kit. But here it is...in all its glory lol! I have to admit I am not sure hybrid scrappin is for me. I had a terrible time cutting out the alphabets...
***Please check out the flip out in my gallery..if you remove the paperclip it reveals the hidden area where I included the ticket stubs and explanation....

*****BTW..this pic of Bobby and I is 10 years old! The colors of the pic are off...my Lengha that I am wearing is actually a brighter color that matches the BG teal paper perfectly. I wanted to use it so that I have a reminder of what the outfit really looked like. Anothter bad pic from a point and shoot camera..no negative..so I had to scan it...Just wanted to explain:)
