I loved my long hair, but the Japanese summer heat and humidity led me to chop it all off. Journaling reads: ''Being from Alaska, I've never lived in humidity. I soon found out that it is my enemy! I couldn't stand the heat that my blanket of hair provided and went to Stacey's hairdresser, 'Junko'. She took off so much hair, it was so much cooler! Hair today...gone tomorrow!''
I don't often use bright, fun colors, especially yellow, but Junko's shirt and the frames for the salon mirrors led me to yellow. Not bad for a color-phobic, eh?
