Materials used Patterned Paper from Papercraft Australia, Plain black paper, red cardstock. Wheat design patterned paper with french phrases printed over the top. Calico fabric, slide mount, fibre, silver wire, safety pins, acrylic beads, silver brads. The red cards read "A happy marriage is a long conversation which always seems too short. Andre Maurois" and This photograph was taken by Juliette Woods the first time Andrew met her. We met for a coffee on O’Connell St. Sometime in 1996 This is a classic example of how to fix a photograph gone wrong. Juliette wears bottle glasses for a REASON! and often her photos are that little bit out of focus. To get around it I used 2 techniques - printing the photo on calico and much larger and printing it in miniature to fit in the slide mount. Both were very successful.
