I bought a $1 wooden plaque at the Dollar Store and altered it with paper, ribbon, brads, ink and mullberry paper. It came with a plain white string for hanging. I cut that off and added my own black ribbon. This is a picture of my brother and my children. My brother is in the Navy, so I added an altered tag that says "My Hero" and used a red, white and blue theme.
