I took a Picture Frame I found on clearance and sprayed it blue then sprayed Suede Glimmer Mist and let it sit for a few minutes. I then Heat set it the rest of the way. I took CI wood paper and sprayed it with Coffee shop. I clustered Prima flowers and swirls. I ironed a couple of the Donna Downey Prima Iron ons. to the wood as well. TFL :)
