Started with chipboard tag cut with Tim Holtz die.Then tried for the first time Embossing plumbers tape and Distress it with black paint.Also painted back tag with Tim Holtz Crackle paint Brushed Pewter.Distress edges of tag.Took grundge Board heart and wings from Tim Holtz painted them with Crackle paint-Picket fence and Fired Brick.Stamped a Steampunk image on Vellum and teared edges and inked.Used Clearsnap Smooches in red on Seam Binding also a little gold Tattered Angels.Used some Paper Studio Spare parts alpha letter and Safty pin.Took a Tim Holtz Fragment used Glossey accents to glue a Graphic45 Steampunk paper to it for a charm.
