I made this beauty using the Heart and Flame from Relics and Artifacts by Sandra Evertson and Prima. Rising Spirit III set http://www.sandraevertson.com/shop/rising-spirit-iii. I used Art Ingredients by Finnabair and Prima Gold Micah Flakes on the heart, and on the flame I used Art Ingredients By Finnabair and Prima Glitter Glass in Silver, then painted Gold and Black stripes over it.
