I participated in this month's swap for Reneabouquets hosted by Donna here on sb.com. Since I couldn't get a mini clipboard locally, I bought I nice piece of thin, smooth plywood from Joann's and my son, Sam, cut it down to 8" long and then rounded the corners with a router for me. He's so sweet!

I used Gesso on it first, then dry brushed Folk Art Blue Taffeta Pearl and Blue Sapphire Metallic paints here and there, then a little Ranger Perfect Pearls Mist in Heirloom Gold. Then added Clear Rock Candy Crackle Paint by TH.

Kelly wanted a mini calendar on hers so I found one through Google, printed it, cut it out and inked the edges. Her favorite colors are blue, white and silver so I went with that color scheme. I only had a few blue flowers in my stash so I decided to diecut and make them all using coordinating papers.

Reneabouquets products used:

Beautiful Board Small Victorian Snowflake Clock Face Chipboard
Beautiful Board Small Elegant Ivy Flourish Pattern
Beautiful Board Small Quilling Pattern Set
Blue Quartz Premium Paper Glitter Glass Butterfly
Tiny Treasures Sweet Pea Baby Blue Premium Paper Glitter Glass Butterfly
Silver Microbeads
Midnight Magic Beautiful Beads
Printed Beautiful Board Tiny Fairy-est of Them All

The intricate white and silver glitter paper dies are from Aliexpress as well as the doily die cut. The largest flower die was given to me by Sam. The pretty pearl and rhinestone stick pin above the largest flower was from Jess. Thank you, my friend!

Thank you so much for visiting my gallery. I have added angled close-ups to see the details a bit better.
