Give a Cheer
Made for the doctor who had the wisdom to tell me to go straight to the ER, not taking time to even check out at her office, which I am convinced saved my life. I've also seen her wear a Sorrelli necklace so I am also giving her a Sorrelli necklace and earrings set in navy. I just can't thank her enough for her wisdom and expressing to me the urgency of the situation (ended up I had a ruptured appendix for six days). I'm so thankful to be alive and wanted her to know my deep gratitude.
Watercolor paper, gesso, torn text tissue, acrylic paints, stamps, stencils, doodling, black embossing powder on sentiment, torn fabrics for hanger. Used baby wipes through stencil to remove some of the paint. Multi medium to seal.
Update: She LOVED my care pkg to her and truly received my gratitude. How do I know? She called my voicemail sobbing, saying it was too much and she couldn't believe I did this for her. She saved my life and I gave her a piece of art and necklace. I'd say we're nowhere near square but I'm very delighted she received my gratitude and realizes what a huge diff she made for me that day.
