This little girl is Nibbs, a little calf we "rescued" when her mom did not recover from the calf's birth and died. Even though she got a rough start, she was very tenacious with a strong will to live. She was bottle fed and eventually weaned herself off of the bottle. She is slowly catching up to the other heifers in size. She makes sure they don't push her away from the feed bunk by sticking to my longhorn steer and Scottish Highlander steer. They don't let her get pushed away by the others. She knows her name and comes when called.
