Ha! Finally found one. It was in the kitchen. I screamed and told my parents to keep it there as I rushed to get my camera. I herded it onto a piece of paper and it played dead, though it was alive.
I named it Charlie after the book I had when I was little, Charlie the Caterpillar.
I released it outside when I was done with it and it happily crawled into the tree.
I actually had a dream about getting a picture of a worm in my kitchen. It turned into a wolf though.
