This is a LO about my weight loss over the past year. It's so rare for me to let someone take my picture that it was hard for me to find photos. It was really emotional to see the difference because I don't notice that big of a change when I look in the mirror. I have some hidden journaling behind my "after" photo that talks about my journey and my goals for staying fit and working on my self confidence.
