I made this for my DBIL's birthday. He has a different sense of humor, so I thought he would like this. My DMIL used to make the best red velvet cake, so I colored the cake image in her honor. All the backgrounds were stamped. I stamped and colored the focal image. I used alcohol marker to color the green matting layer. I stamped the matching balloons on the envelope.
