I made this birthday card for my uncle. I used alcohol ink in the background. I used texture paste with my dotted stencil. I then embossed them. I used foam tape for the banner stamp to help it raise up. I stamped Be Happy on the same paper as the banner. I got the "Are you.. Rockin Yet?" tag from something I had ordered awhile ago. I did the border with the packaging from another purchase I had made years ago.
