This is a group picture for the Live Y-er's program. This is a before and after school child care program run at the elementary schools. It is sponsored by the YMCA. I have been doing this for 13 years. This photo is from 2006. This LO is for the August Scrap a Scrapper. Had to scrap a friend on our list of friends. I scrapped Quay. She had a tag and rick rack. I had never used rick rack before so that is my technique.
