When I found out I was pregnant, I decided to try my hand at quilting. I had always wanted to do it, but never got around to it. I had no idea what I was doing (I was reading off of free internet directions) and as a result, it isn't the best. But it's for the baby, and it's my first one. Not too shabby. Especially considering the fact that I was using my sewing maching and didn't know I needed to get a "quilter's foot" for it until the thing was finished! Oops!
Good for you! Love that you were willing to actually try something that you wanted to do...so many just let dreams slide! You chose a sophisticated, pretty color palette. You should be proud of yourself! :-)
