My youngest dd wanted a horse for Christmas... Please, please, please can I have a horse, you don't need to buy me anything else... I guess this ranks as one of those "Mean Mom" moments, but I found this stuffed toy horse, and gave it to her that year. She didn't specify "a real horse" until she saw this one!
What a great memory to scrap! She will appreciate this when she is older & looks back on it! I guess all kids think they can have "real horses'!! Great work & tfs :)
Why not get her riding lessons for Christmas. Cheaper than a horse, and she'll get her "fix" and maybe quit bugging you for one. Just a thought from a professional horsewoman. ;-)
Haha, your lo had me thinking about a present I gave one year to my DD's ex-bf. He wanted a car so badly and I told him I would get him one. He looked puzzled but believed I might just do that. Well come Christmas I handed him a small box. He thought it maybe keys, but it was a Hot Wheel instead, lol! Wish I had a pic for that!!! Thx for the memory Jo, luv it!!!
