Embarrassingly simple! Used my bird stamp from dollar bin at Michaels, heart punch on musical pp, matted the bird square in brown cardstock, wrote my message on the left rectangle, adhered the rectangle with 2 bronze brads (one with a tiny paper light chocolate flower), inked everything, then added a ribbon. I love using musical pp w/bird stamps - they seem to just go together to me. TFL! Blessings!
