Took cutout panel from a 12x12 sheet and altered it for this birthday card. Tiny yellow pompom on the hat (it's more of a round ball-shape in real life), black gel pen and glossy accents on the eye, and Fun Flock dyed black on the tip of the tail. Panel had "hooray" on it, I embossed "it's your birthday" in white, to match. Base card sprayed with Perfect Pearls in water.
