A gift for my cousin on her birthday. The box was from Michael's. The vintage pages covering the box are from a Norwegian bible from the 1920s (pages were falling out and there were missing pages already -- there were other duplicate bibles discovered). The rose was made by our grandmother or her sister, which is actually a pillowcase trim which I turned into the rose. Photo is of my cousin's mom Sybil on the right and our aunt Crystal on the left (my dad was not yet born). I used lace given to me by my lovely MIL when she retired from crafting. The buttons on each side were discovered in a bucket of buttons from our grandmother. Liquid pearls was used on each corner.
