Our friends birtday party and the theme was Fancy Hat. My friend on this photo, Linda is Fancy Hatter no 2. she is the sweet, authentic one. She spraypainted this hat to match her outfit. The scarf on the hat was a freebie in one of our local magazines. I am going to give this layout to Linda as well......
