Blue card with blue check print on top. Added a strip of solid blue near bottom. Die cut friend 4 times, glue together for height. Added 3 small pearls for my dots. Added a cardboard sticker. Cut candles from glitter paper. Made my flames. Added gold faux stitching to blue band and Wink of Stella to friends. I cut and fold my own cards.
