I created this necklace using one of the Fancy Pants Artist Edition Metal Frames. I added a Splendor floral rub-on to a square of Roadshow paper and glued it to the frame. I then covered the paper with thick glossy sealer. Finally I added some color coordinating beads to finish it off. TFL!
