I started an idea/art journal book. When I saw this pic in a magazine I knew I had to use it! I used black and yellow gelatos and went through my alpha stickers to create my feelings when I have a migraine. I get a lot of them unfortunately, they have been a part of my life for over 30 years...ugh!
This is such a creative way to express the pain you are having. Sorry to hear that you have to suffer through this... this page is superbly done with the colors and different lettering and expresses your feelings throughout the page.
I can soooo relate to your migraines. I have fibromyalgia and I totally feel your pain. I love how you captured what it is like. This is so REAL personal and truthful. It is great that you used art to express what you go through. It is very cute tho especially looking at all the creativity. Putting in my faves.
Awesome way to journal your migraines. This page is beautifully done. I had migraines for over 40 years so I could relate to that page perfectly. I stopped having them almost 7 years ago when I got breast cancer and started radiation treatments. Not sure that was a very even swap though.
