    Buyer beware--but I loved it (09 July 2010)

Agree with the other review that the photo here does not accurately represent the hues--they are much darker and more subdued. For my purposes, on the other hand, I loved it...it has a slightly grungy, handpainted feel and gives a "UK" touch without shoving it down your throat.

    Good quality rub-ons (05 July 2010)

The graphics are high-quality and accurate, and they are applied easily (without the backing paper curling off as you rub them on). Great scale for card-making.

    Endless possibilities (30 June 2010)

This set has actually motivated me to make thank you cards (far more often than I would have, anyway). I love using the negative image of the flower and the "thanks" on the bottom left, so there are lots of possibilities for a stained glass look, shadowing, etc.

    A little hyped (22 January 2010)

Maybe I haven't fully explored all the possibilities for this tool, but I haven't really found that it has been significantly better than a cheaper sponge, brayer, or several other options. That said, the handle makes it more convenient and it is a particularly nice size for cardmaking.

    Paper counts (22 January 2010)

Great product, but be aware that the "sparkle" of the glitter will be affected by the paper on which you apply it.

    Very forgiving---go with Pearl (22 January 2010)

If you are new to Glimmer Mist, I would highly suggest getting started with "Pearl" because unlike other colors, it is very forgiving if you happen to spray unevenly. Makes a wonderful finishing touch to just about any project!

    A die cut staple (22 January 2010)

Nothing more versatile than having four sizes of scalloped squares. Great for layered matting and all sorts of projects!

Very versatile die cut! (22 January 2010)

This die cut works great and is a good size for both cards and scrapbooking. And while this may seem obvious, but as with any asymmetrical die cut, you want to make sure that the color side/pattern side of your paper is face down (touching the foam surface of the die) when you run it through the Cuttlebug. Otherwise your eighth note will be backwards! My only regret is that it isn't a bit smaller in size so that it could be mounted on a Provo Craft die cut square.

    A must for off-the-beaten-path card makers! (08 July 2009)

These papers have a middle-eastern flair and are appropriate for a wide-range of scrapbooking and cardmaking needs. For card makers especially, the 6X6 size is very convenient, rather than cutting from traditional 12 x 12 papers. The designs are original and coordinate so well, and will give your crafting projects a real sense of opulence and beauty.

Great for Quilling! (08 July 2009)

While this wonderful glue pen has many uses, I've found it most helpful in terms of quilling. While the traditional method is to use a pin with glue, or a glue dispenser with a very thin stream, this is even easier and allows the most control over where you set the glue. It is also very forgiving. You do need to hold it for a couple of seconds to allow the glue to set, but the ease of use is very well worth it!

professional look for every LO (20 June 2009)

I love these fabric thickers---they give a professional but subtle look to your layouts. Do be aware that if you keep them around for awhile and don't store them well, the adhesive might stick to the backing and you'll be left with a chipboard letter you'll need to adhere yourself. But overall, they are very easy to use and very versatile!

Easy and Fun! (20 June 2009)

I love the Minimarks collection! The graphics are clear, witty and original and the rub-ons are very easy to apply! The look is modern and updated and perfect for almost every cardmaker!!

    Don't use a popsicle stick! (25 May 2009)

Ok, yes, a popsicle stick will work for your creasing needs, but this bone folder from Martha Stewart does a better job. Made of sturdy melamine, it can be used for brayering, creasing, and even rub-on applications. I use mine almost every single time I sit down to craft. It feels smooth to the touch and won't bend as you use it (like some cheaper bone folders).

Perfect for those without a craft "studio" (26 April 2009)

I don't have room right now for a devoted craft space, so the dining room table tends to be my crafting place of choice. Rather than let my projects pile up there, I now have a mobile craft crate which I LOVE. I took 60 seconds to set up, it is sturdy, and there are plenty of wonderful pockets for a wide variety of craft tools. The inside is big enough for a thick album, 12 x 12 paper and much more. I even fit my rotary cutter in the pocket on the back. The canvas flap folds down over the top to keep the dust off of your papers, etc. I'm SO PLEASED with this product.

And for those of you who are thinking you'll never get all your craft supplies in there...I use it for the stuff I use almost all the time and current projects only.

Great for Baby cards and Layouts (28 March 2009)

Maybe the parents are tired of traditional pink or blue...why not try this awesome collection? The "Animal Friends" paper is very versatile...can be used as a background, or cut up in strips for fun and adorable borders. The vintage feel is great too!

    Random Whimsy! (28 March 2009)

These rub-ons are so unique...from flowers, to buttons, to dancing salt & pepper shakers! They apply easily (even come with their own applicator which is more than just a popsicle stick) and will definitely inspire you to think outside the box.

    Great assortment and easy-to-use (04 September 2008)

I really like these rub ons. You have to rub a bit more than with some other brands, but the transfer sheet doesn't curl once the image is removed.
