This picture was taken when my father, was 8 years old. It's his school picture.
I know many individuals call their father- dad. I have always called him daddy.
He was born in Southern Mo. He grew up very poor, with 13 children, they were always farming and worked very hard.

This was a tear jerker for me, my daddy is not the bling or flower power man, lol...
So I wanted to create something that truly represents who he is, thankfully he is still with us:)
He has always called me "Jay Bird " as long as I can remember.

I made the envelope, added a few embellies ( thank you, Elizabeth) distressing inks, and tucked away note inside for him:)
