Another MMM entry. Well, I'd been meaning to do a page that lists the different qualities each twin has, same and different. 12x15 lo. Thanks for peeking!
- made the flowers with sheer ribbon, centers are seed beads
- title was made from shrink plastic (painted one of the words green on the back)
- all the journaling is hidden behind the bottom photo; there's a tab just to the right of the green TWIN title word that says "a note to my girls" or something similar.
Journaling:
"Dear Anna Liv and Mia Karine,
As I watch you play in the backyard, it amazes me how you both could entertain yourselves and each other for so long. I laugh to think how popular poems describe little girls with sugar and sweetness. I’m sure those sweetness genes will kick in as you grow older but right now, sticks, stones and dirt are the things that fascinate you most. Add a little water to the mix and your fascination explodes into excitement!
Shouts of laughter follow dreaded splashes of water and mud. Ugh! It’s not surprising that every outfit you wear each day is thrown into the laundry basket that night. There’s no fighting it, though. I don’t want to hinder your natural curiosity or your delight at discovery. You’re only children once. The world is brand new and surprises await you at every corner. It’s a time to learn and discover and the backyard, just like the rest of the world, is yours to explore. Thoughts on motherhood July 3, 2005"
