A lo of my family at our FAVORITE resteraunt in Jackson.
Journaling: Merry Piglets is one of our VERY favorite resteraunts in Jackson. I've probably eaten at "Piglets" as we affectionately refer to it, more than any other reteraunt in town. Whether it's the 2-for-1 fajitas, a Green Chili Burrito or the Fajita Salad, Piglets is ALWAYS a pleaser! The chips and salsa are the best and IF you have room, the Fried Ice Cream is so yummy! Todd and I have been plenty of times by ourselves or with his parents... and it seems like whenever my family comes to town we end up at Merry Piglets. When Danny came to visit right before his mission he ordered 2 full dinners and a fried ice cream and ask that his ice cream be served WITH his meal. The waitress got quite a kick out of that. Piglets is walking distance from our apartment and reasonably priced for Jackson, which makes it even more of a temptaion. These pictures were taken in July 2005, a beautiful night for a fun walk to the resteraunt to enjoy dinner together at Piglets... a favorite for the entire family!
