More photos from a July 2008 visit to Brookfield Zoo outside Chicago. I wrote captions near each photo using the two extra raccoon pics as places to put info about the center two photos. Clockwise from top left:

This is my example for my September Four Categories Challenge - Category One ~ Product: Brads. I asked players to use a minimum of 5 brads on their LO's for this category - the twist is to use 10 or more. I used 11 here: 3 each on either side of the title, 3 in the upper right corner, and 2 around the 'grass' near the animal stickers.
I used up some old stash for this one - the pp's are OLD Creative Memories, and the stickers are even older Me & My Big Ideas. To try and update the look of the stickers a little bit, I used my MS fringe scissors to cut some 'grass,' used Fiskars Deckle scissors on the edge of the fringe, distressed and inked it, and snipped the animals' legs apart on the stickers so that I could vary their placement in the grass for some dimension.
Also for last month's VLB challenge to use something new - I finally took my MS fringe scissors out of the packaging for this LO. - Only had them a year and a half. LOL
