In a few days you will be "graduating" from pre-school. That also means that in a few short months you will be heading off to kindergarten. My baby is growing up...too fast. Don't get me wrong. I love you more every day of your life. I am so proud of the little boy you have become. I love our conversations that I only dreamed of when you were a baby. I've even learned to enjoy your defiant cry, "I can do it myself!" when I start to zip yur jacket or do some other task you've learned to conquer yourself. But, my little peanut, there will always be a part of me that wishes you could stay forever young.
