I keep a large bowl of buttons that I just sift through when I need them. The jars beside the bowl are "special" buttons that were bought especially for scrapping. I don't have the heart to mix them in with the common buttons (how elitist of me). The blue bucket is my "bucket of bling". I have a few store-bought packages of bling, but I mostly use swavorski flat-backed crystals that I got for super cheap on eBay (surprisingly cheaper than scrapbooking bling).

The black suede box holds my deco scissors and jewelry tools (wire-cutters are my most frequently used). The 2 clear 12X12 boxes hold upcoming projects. The folder between the project boxes and my tool/deco scissor boxes holds the few cards I've made. Manilla folders obviously on the end of that shelf. I use them for stamping, and as a scrap-work surface, especially for embossing powders and glitter.

The bottom shelf is books, magazines, and junk. I have 2 cases that hold minialbum kits and big ribbon and trim that I don't really like. The blue basket holds scraps that haven't been sorted into scrap drawers yet. When I'm working on a project that takes several days, I leave all the scraps together so I can dig through them as needed. Then when the project is done I sort all the scraps by colour and put them into my JetMax cube drawers.
