This is a summary LO re: our '09 Caribbean cruise. I've done a few LOs from this trip already so this 2-pager sums up the trip overall & gave me the chance to scrap several more pics. I used Sketches by Suzy's #20 sketch for this. This is another example of my embracing a simpler style during my pregnancy. As usual, my scanner cropped off some of the the edges, oh well.
Journaling "April 2009 – Dad, Mom, Greg & I went on an amazing Caribbean cruise on Royal Caribbean’s Voyager of the Seas! Greg’s 1st time…it was his surprising idea to go. Dad & Mom’s friends Linda & Lito went too. huge ship! Soo many neat-o places to go if you want to do stuff or NOT do stuff! food & service were phenomenal the whole time. Lovely island ports! Cozumel, Mexico – where Greg & I went to Passion Island, beautiful & relaxing beach. George Town, Cayman Islands – where we chilled on sunny 7 Mile Beach. Montego Bay, Jamaica- where we ziplined, fun, exhilarating & amazing! 2 formal nights, had a blast dressing up. Fun activities onboard, like Trivia (went almost every day), Name That Tune, Finish the Lyric, Love & Marriage Game, “The Quest,” dodgeball for Greg, minigolf, working out/fitness classes, poolside lounging, hot tubbing, jewelry shopping w/ Mom, various shows & performances, roller blading, chili cookout…which goes into the whole universe of eating & drinking wonderful stuff the throughout the week, LOL… The rock/pop soul band Synergy was a constant fave - we danced to them a lot! Mom, Dad, Linda & Lito also danced a lot (big band, piano/violin duet, Synergy etc!) & had awesome vacations. An unforgettable, terrific time for all! "
