Our granddaughter wears her aunt's grad hat. All of the bg layers are cut with the cricut. I designed the scallops with SCAL 2.0. I printed the bright yellow layer on textured cs. The photo on the bottom right was printed on the cs when I did the yellow. The other pics were printed at home and I fussy-cut the top left one. The design by that pic & the title were also printed when I printed the bg. Clipart is from PC HugClub, which I printed and fussy-cut.
