It is odd! Almost looks like his ankles were tied together. The recycled tires for the playground is better than the rocks and concrete on the playground where I taught back in the dark ages. If OSHA or Health Department had ever inspected that school they would have shut it down. Scares me to think of all the safety hazards that school had.

June POD mini #7 An oddity

Most kids get a little ring around the neck kind of dirt... not mine. He gets ring around the ANKLE! Mostly he got it from school (most of what is on him is what we have spent all spring scrubbing and not getting off!). School let out on Tuesday and I have slowly gotten SOME off... but there is still a lot there. They have this black rubber (recycled tires I believe) mulch for their playground surface and it seems to have stained him!
