The stained glass effect of this tag was made using various colors of Inka Gold. The key is to buff them once dry! The panes are made with Gallery Glass Leading Strips. To make the hanging glass, I applied more Inka Gold (love this stuff!!) on the frosted side of the glass (and the frame because-have I mentioned I love this stuff?!?). After the Inka Gold dried on the glass, I stamped with Archival.
