Woah, guess I signed on at the right time this evening, Kelly!! I LOVE the feeling of this - it makes me feel like I am in a beautiful European garden!! And that birdhouse - precious! My mom's always loved birdhouses, so I've got a special place in my heart for them! hehe It was such a beautiful spring day today in my neck of the woods, and this LO just adds to my happy spring mood! What a gorgeous photo of your daughter, by the way!! I can spot all the lovely traits she gets from lovely mom! :)
BEAUTIFUL Kelly !!!! Love everything you did with the Websters!!! All the cutting & layering paid off!!! The result is fantastic!!! And your dd is beautiful!!!
Mila, our youngest dd, is the sunflower in our family garden. She is the one who enjoys and appreciates nature, so I knew these Websters pps were meant for her! And no, this is not my garden of sunflowers :( It's a sunflower patch at a Corn Maze we go to at the end of every summer outside our city. Aside from the Prima flowers and BG alpha, everything is Websters...I cut and layered and layered and cut. Used a few foam dots to pop up here and there, to add dimension and hoping to recreate a real garden. After I uploaded this lo, I did write journalling in the space on the left, pretty much identical to the first sentence of this description. And now, the wait for summer begins....
