A card for a close friend who just had heart surgery. The turtle was cut with a Cameo 3 and layered with foam dots to raise the shell slightly for dimension. The scallop edge was done with a punch. The sentiment is computer generated with thread wrapped around. I used "google" eyes instead of the cut dots on the Silhouetted image.
