who took the photos for you, it was nice of them, next year (we're thinking that's when my FH will be deployed) I need to remember to hve someone do this for me :) this is a nice way for you to see him while he's away and know he cherishes your letters and a nice way for him to remember the way he felt when he was reading those letters :)
Reading this sent chills up my arms. Really. I think this is so far my favorite of your work. It is just moving. Love the lyrics, and LOVE the photos. Especially the one of him reading YOUR LETTER.... how moving/... ditto to what Barnmom said: May God Bless HIM, and be with him,
and bring hime home to YOU soon.. I thank you for what HE does everyday. What a sacrifice. May God Bless YOU TOO...
The line going throught the page IS NOT really there, I have a small scanner and I have to scan my pages as 2 seperate pictures and later put them back together.
This page is to honor my husband that is currently serving overseas in Iraq. I LOVE these pictures of him; the first one he's reading a letter from me before his daily patrol and the other one is a close up of him driving his humvee as they were convoying into Iraq.
The journaling on this page are lyrics from a Beatles Song:
I've got everything that you want like a heart that's oh so true. Just call on me and I'll send it along With love from me to you
I got arms that long ot hold you and keep you by my side. I got lips that long to kiss you and keep you satisfied.
If there's anything that you want, If there's anything I can do Just call on me and I'll send it along with love, from me to you.
I used: Rusty Pickle paper and cardstock collumed vellum beading wire brass stencil from Wal-Mart flowers from Wal-Mart
