Do what I did, HAIR CUT! "Oh, so sorry honey, it's too short for a ponytail now, but pigtails will work!" ;) Hey I still do that and Dev is almost 4. Alyssa is super cute with the ponytail though, it just gives those adorable cheeks more definition.

I love this. It says so much with so little. I remember waiting to get my niece's hair in a little pig tails and then moving on to the pony tail. Now she is so proud of doing it herself. sigh We usually ask her how many ? As in how long is she willing to sit while we do her hair ? hehe
