Holy Feathers in Space, Batman!!!
I love the urban feel of this layout, awesome use of those ki papers, and I am completely freaking LOVING your photography and the clothing tags. You just blew me away (again).
Wow Liz you are a genius this is soooooooo cool!! It looks like an ad for a fancy vogue type mag. You so have to submit this one. Love the use of patterned paper and all those labels.
awesome awesome awesome again Liz!!! I LOVE how you clustered the labels together and how you used that big pic!!! YOU ARE FANTABULOUS!! into the faves!
Liz!! Seriously, I just can't say enough about how much I love this lo! (but I'm gonna try;) ) I love the size and shape of the photo... the splash of color with the pp... the way you used the actual clothing tags... the journaling... (did I miss anything!) GREAT job!
Liz, I swear we are shopping sisters separated at birth. If I went to Union Square, I don't think I would ever leave. I love how you expanded your style to create this - totally unique but still so you (does that make any sense? lol). Love it!!
Love everything about this layout... the black and white photo mixed with your pp is just perfect... as it always is of course!! I can't wait to go there in a couple of weeks!!
oooohhhh I love this. A shoe shopping woman after my own heart. I am so lucky to be able to shop here on a regular basis. My DH is a super trouper and lets me spend all day in union square....he would never admit it, but I think he likes it too. I just love love love the cloth labels....great addition to the layout. What I think is the funniest thing is I have taken a picture out of the top floor of Macy's as well, but my luck would have it that the window was filthy so the pic came out terrible....I just love your shot - what kind of lens did you use?
This is totally fabulous, Liz!!!! WOW, I LOVE the labels and the pic!! I LOVEED Union Square when I went to SF!!! What a GREAT PIC!!! Love the Ki blocks, perfect!!
Liz!!!! This is SO gorgeous!!! I love the pps you chose and the little tags in the corner... especially the little bar code. Brilliant! I'm working on mine but I'm sure it won't look as awesome as this!
We were challenged to make a black and white themed layout and this is what I ended up making...definitely a challenge for me! I chose the KI paper because i liked how the white one kind of mimics the windows of the skyscrappers of union square. The journaling:
We can't got to San Francisco without spending an entire day at Union Square. It is a shopper's paradeise - all of our favorite stores are within walking distance of each other, every department store has an entire floor devoted to women's shoes (great for me, terrible for Eric), and there are so many cute cafes and great places to eat. We may not always buy alot of things, but we always have tons of fun!
I added tags from some of our favorite stores at the bottom of the lo..thanks PAM for suggesting that I use a clothing label!! Thanks so much for looking!
