This may look like a simple page... but it took me FOREVER! I've always loved this picture of my oldest and youngest and have wanted to scrap it, but have been afraid. I wanted it to convey the way the photo makes me feel. So first thing I did was convert it to black & white.
This photo is from several years ago (1998 to be exact). When I look at the photo, I think about what I hope their relationship will become when they are older. I hope that they will be close, that they will lean on each other, that they will be there for each other. Right now, as adolescents, they are not even close to this, typical sibling rivalry rules! LOL !!
I put the journaling on the chipboard. It says “May your paths always bring you back to each other.”
So it may not look like much to you, but this page made me a nervous wreck! But I think I came close to accomplishing my goal. TFL!
