This is my little cousin Madi on Halloween of '07. I used Halloween patterned paper for the background. The paper had the spider web drawn on it, so I used that as my template for the hand stitching. To highlight the picture of Madi clowning around I matted it on purple paper and stitched it up like a spider web. I cut individual strips of colored paper and stuck them together to make the striped pp. The pictures are matted on cs and accented with stickers from Sticko and some that I found in the $1 bin at Michael's. Spooky is done using white chipboard which I painted to match the lo. Each letter is doodled around using the corresponding color from that letter. The haunted house is from Sandylion.
I am entering this lo in the "{March/April} **Show Me Your Stitching Challenge" and the "March *SEW much fun*" challenge.
